This week the challenge is an OPEN challenge as long as it has a  butterfly, fairy, or angel!

This will be their last FBW challenge until July 7, 2010. I don't know what I'm going to do with myself with out their challenges!!!  This is my favorite part of the week...

This is a Bombshell stamp and the wings and skirt is make up of a CTMH stamp (D1341 Butterfly Wings) which has several butterflies and phrases.  I individually cut the butterfly to separate all the wings, and glittered them.  Copic markers used, BG10, BG02, BG05, G00, BG09.  For the skin I used, E50, E51, E53 and W2, for hair; W8, W6, W4, W2.

Flutter By Wednesday's #109

The challenge for this week is from team member Kimberly! She challenged us to use paper piecing on our creations along with your butterfly, fairy or angel. If you are unfamiliar with paper piecing, there is a tutorial ages ago on it that you can view HERE.

For this beautiful butterfly fairy, I punched the wings, cut them in half, behind the purple wing I traced (instead of stamping) the purple wing onto a vanilla piece of card stock and cut along the traced lines to make the background.
